Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry, unless otherwise stated in the Promotion. Void in Puerto Rico, all U.S. territories and possessions and all overseas military installations, and where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : Beginning August 25, 2009 at 5:00 PM (ET) and until September 13, 2009 at 11:59 PM (ET)

How To Enter : Go to http://www.ugo.com/movies/whiteout/sweepstakes/, and complete and submit the entry form pursuant to the on-screen instructions.

Limit : Limit (1) one entry per household for UGO’s Whiteout Sweepstakes (referred to as the “Promotion”).

Prize (s):

The Grand Prize winner will receive the following four (4) prizes, one (1) Nintendo Wii with an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $250.00, one (1) copy of the game Wii Fit with an ARV of $90.00, one (1) copy of the Nintendo Wii game Shaun White’s Snowboarding with an ARV of $28.00 and one (1) copy of the Wii Sports Resort Game with an ARV of $45.00.
