Winner List : For a list of Prize Winners, inquiring individuals must print his/her name and address on a 3″x 5″ card and mail it in an envelope to: Winners List, “April Smile” Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 583079, Minneapolis, MN 55458-3079. Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and requests must be received no later than May 31, 2011.
