Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry

Promotion Period :  Begins at 12:01 am Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 22, 2011 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 10, 2011 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and per email for the promotion.

Prize (s) :

Ten (10) Grand Prizes: a HTC mobile device. ARV: $49.99 each.

Winner List : For names of the winners, available after October 16, 2011, send a self-addressed, stamped (#10) envelope to: AT&T Back to School Sweepstakes  Winners’ List, P.O. Box 329, Elmhurst, IL 60126. Requests must be received by September 16, 2011. Vermont residents are not required to include return postage.
