Charter Mobile App Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Charter Mobile App Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States, reside in a Charter Communications serviceable area, (excluding New York) and who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Charter Mobile App Sweepstakes begins at 5:00 p.m. CT on March 12, 2010 and ends at 12:00 p.m. CT on April 9, 2010.

How To Enter : You may enter the Sweepstakes via the Internet by logging on to the charter.com/mobileapp and follow the entry directions.

Limit : Regardless of entry method you may enter only once.

Prize (s):

There will be one hundred (100) Prizes awarded.
The Prize consists solely of an Apple iTouch 8G. The approximate total retail value of the Prize is $185.00.

Winners : For an Official Winners List (available after April 22, 2010) or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Charter Communications, “Charter Mobile App Sweepstakes” – WINNERS – or – OFFICIAL RULES (please specify), c/o Corporate Marketing-Online, 12405 Powerscourt Drive, St. Louis, MO 63131. Vermont residents may omit return postage if requesting a set of Official Rules. All requests must be received by May 22, 2010.
