Prize (s) :

Each Prize will consist of the following: 1) one (1) Samsung 42” LED HDTV; 2) one (1) Gaming Consul (Xbox or PS3); 3) one (1) Defiance Game (Xbox or PS3); 4) one (1) Defiance Season Pass Subscription; 5) one (1) Season Pass for iTunes; and 6) one (1) Membership into XBox Live and PlayStation Live. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Prize is one thousand four hundred and ten dollars ($1,410).
