Flash Games Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Flash Games Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who reside in a Charter Communications serviceable area, as determined by the Sponsor, and are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Promotion Period : The Flash Games Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Charter Communications Operating, LLC (the “Sponsor”) begins at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on January 13, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. EST on February 28, 2010 (the “Entry Period”).

How To Enter : To enter online, visit charter.com/games (the “Website”) during the Entry Period and follow the entry instructions.

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry per Entry Week, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

Seven (7) prizes will be awarded if properly claimed.
Each prize consists of a Flip Ultra HD Pocket Digital Camcorder.
The approximate retail value of each prize is $166.22.

Winners : For the names of the winners, available after March 5, 2010, or a copy of these Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Charter Communications, “Flash Games” Sweepstakes, c/o Marketing Department, 12405 Powerscourt Drive, St. Louis, MO 63131. Please indicate “Winners List” or “Official Rules” on mailing envelope. Vermont residents may omit return postage on Official Rules requests.
