Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at time of entry. Void in Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law.

Prize (s) :

The Grand Prize Winner shall receive one (1) Samsung 50 inch LCD HDTV having an approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $1,300.00, one (1) Sony Playstation 3 with an ARV of $300.00, and one (1) Jackass 3D Blu-ray with an ARV of $40.00. The total ARV of the prize is $1,640.00.

Five (5) First Prize Winners will each receive one (1) Jackass 3D Blu-ray with an ARV of $40.00 each.
