Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their respective jurisdictions at the time of entry (each entrant, an “Entrant”). Void in Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions, Quebec, outside Australia and Canada and where prohibited by law.
