Eligibility : Open to legal residents of, and physically located within, the (50) United States and/or the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or the age of majority in Entrant’s state of residence, whichever is greater, or older at the time of entry. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:01 AM, September 1, 2013, US Pacific Time and ends December 31, 2013 at 11:59 PM, US Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”).

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) entry, per eligible person during the Entry Period.

Prize (s) :

Seven hundred ninety-one (791) prizes are available to be won.

Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize is available to be won. The “Grand Prize” is one (1) “Next-Gen Gaming Room” consisting of the following: (a) one (1) 4K Ultra HD TV; (b) one (1) gaming console; (c) one (1) controller; (d) one (1) Monster refrigerator filled with Monster products, the quantity and selection of which will determined by Monster in its discretion; (e) one (1) “sound bar;” (f) one (1) copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts®; and (g) one (1) five hundred dollar ($500) installation credit. All Grand Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Monster’s sole discretion. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is: $9,110.00.

First Prize: Three (3) First Prizes are available to be won. Each “First Prize” is a trip for the Winner and one (1) guest to visit the Infinity Ward headquarters in Los Angeles on Monster-selected dates, consisting of the following: (a) round-trip, economy class airfare tickets for the Winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near the Winner’s residence in the United States (as selected by Monster in its sole discretion) to an airport near Los Angeles, California; (b) hotel accommodations (based on double occupancy) for three (3) nights at a hotel selected in Monster’s sole discretion; and (c) One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), awarded in the form of a gift card, cash or check in Monster’s discretion. The ARV of each First Prize is $2,750.00.

Second Prize: Twenty-five (25) Second Prizes are available to be won. Each “Second Prize” is one (1) Monster refrigerator filled with Monster products, which selection and quantity will be determined by Monster in its discretion. The ARV of each Second Prize is $599.00.

Third Prize: ten (10) Third Prizes are available to be won. Each “Third Prize” is one (1) copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts ® – Prestige Edition. The ARV of each Third Prize is $199.00.

Fourth Prize: Fifty (50) Fourth Prizes are available to be won. Each “Fourth Prize” is one (1) copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts® – Hardened Edition. The ARV of each Fourth Prize is $119.00.

Fifth Prize: Two Hundred (200) Fifth Prizes are available to be won. Each “Fifth Prize” is one (1) copy of Call of Duty: Ghosts®. The ARV of each Fifth Prize is $60.00.

Sixth Prize: Five Hundred (500) Sixth Prizes are available to be won. Each “Sixth Prize” consists of pieces of Call of Duty: Ghosts® downloadable content determined by Monster in its discretion. The ARV of each Sixth Prize is $15.00.
