Phillips 66 Basket Pong and KickBack Points Program Promotion

Eligibility : Open to legal U.S. residents residing in Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, or Texas, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.

Promotion Period : From December 1, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) through March 31, 2013 at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (“Promotion Period”).

PHASE 1 GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE:

One (1) Phase 1 Grand Prize is available. The Phase 1 Grand Prize consists of a trip for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest to the Big XII Men’s Basketball Tournament in Kansas City, MO from March 13, 2013 through March 16, 2013. The Grand Prize includes round-trip, coach-class air transportation for the winner and one (1) guest from the major airport nearest winner’s residence (as determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor), four (4) nights’ hotel accommodation (one room, double occupancy), two (2) admission tickets to the Big XII Men’s Basketball Championships, a $500 Phillips 66 Gift Card, $500 cash, and the opportunity to participate in the Phillips 66 $66,000 Big XII Grand Prize Challenge (the “Challenge”). The Challenge will be governed by separate official rules which are available on the Website. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,200. Trip must be taken on dates designated by Sponsor and is currently anticipated to take place from March 13 – 16, 2013. Dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. In the event the Grand Prize winner cannot participate in the trip on the dates designated by Sponsor, he/she will forfeit the prize in its entirety. In the event the Grand Prize winner is able to participate in the trip during the dates designated by Sponsor but any activity listed in the prize description does not or cannot take place as scheduled or at all, for reasons including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, cancellations, postponement, or for any other reason, then the Sponsor reserves the right to award the remainder of the prize with no further obligation to the winner.

PHASE 2 GRAND PRIZE SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE:

One (1) Phase 2 Grand Prize is available. The Phase 2 Grand Prize consists of a home entertainment package which includes a 65″ LED HDTV with tilting wall mount, Blu-ray Player, 5.1-Channel Home Theater Speaker System with Subwoofer, and installation, and the Basket Pong Home Game. The ARV of the Phase 2 Grand Prize is $5,000.

INSTANT WIN PRIZES:

Three hundred fifty (350) Instant Win Prizes are available. Each Instant Win Prize consists of a $50 Phillips 66 Gift Card. ARV of each Instant Win Prize is $50.
