How It Works

To win a prize, you must collect one of each of the following 5 types of Promotion codes:

1. Mr. Happy Code
2. Little Miss Fun Code
3. Mr. Noisy Code
4. Mr. Cool Code
5. Little Miss Sparkle Code

During the Purchase Period, there are 2 ways to collect Codes:

• Visit a participating SUBWAY store and purchase a kid’s meal to receive either one of the 15 “Mr. Men” Character Keepers or one of 17 “Little Miss” Character Keepers. Then, look for a code included with your character keeper.
• Request a free code, without making a purchase by hand-writing you complete name, valid e-mail address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, date of
  birth (MM/DD/YYYY), and either “male” or “female” on a 3½”x5” card and mailing it with sufficient postage to: Mr. Men & Little Miss Collect & Win, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325.

The odds of receiving a Code are as follows:

• Mr. Happy Code – 1 in 15
• Mr. Noisy Code – 1 in 15
• Mr. Cool Code – 1 in 15
• Little Miss Fun Code – 1 in 17
• Little Miss Sparkle Code – 1 in 17

Once you obtained a code, visit promo.subway.com and register by entering the information requested on the registration form. Upon registrating, you may follow the instructions at the Website to enter your codes. Once you entered all 5 types of Codes, you will receive a prize notification.

The odds of winning a Prize from exactly 5 Qualifying Purchases and/or Mail-In Requests are approximately 1 in 81,281. Each Participant can enter each type of Code only once. Each Code can only be entered once.
