Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, per household and per e-mail address for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s) :

Grand Prize Package (1): One (1) Samsung 55″ 3D LED HDTV (Model UN55D7000L) (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) $3,199.99) and one (1) Samsung 5.1 Channel Blu-ray 3D WiFi Home Theater System (Model HT-D6500W) (ERV $492.94). Total ERV of Grand Prize Package is $3,692.93.

Winner List : The name of the winner (available after October 31, 2011) and/or a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by mailing a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Samsung “Infuse™ 4G” Sweepstakes -Winner/Rules (please specify which), P.O.
