Samsung Mobile Be a Winner Giveaway

Eligibility : Participation is open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are 14 or older as of date of entry. Void outside of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

Promotion Period : Samsung Mobile Be a Winner Giveaway begins at 12:00:01 am PST on Nov. 18, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 pm PST on Dec. 23, 2009 (“Promotion Period”). Each day of the Promotion Period (each a “Promotion Day”) begins at 12:00:01 am PST and ends at 11:59:59 pm PST.

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit the website www.beawinnergiveaway.com to receive instructions on how to create a free profile and to enter the Promotion.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address per Hourly Drawing, however, if an entrant wins an Hourly Prize he/she may not enter the Promotion again or win any other prize other than the possible Daily Prize for which he/she is eligible pursuant to these Official Rules.

Prize (s):

Hourly Prizes: Each Hourly Winner will receive one (1) Samsung Behold II mobile phone. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Hourly Prize: $400 USD.

Daily Prize: Each (1) Daily Prize winner will receive one (1) Samsung 40″ LED TV. Limit one (1) Daily Prize per person. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $1,600 USD.
