Samsung SPSTV Viewer Appreciation Sweepstakes

Eligibility :  Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Samsung SPSTV “Viewer Appreciation” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) October 29, 2010 and ends 11:59 PM ET December 23, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person, per household and per e-mail address per Prize Drawing Period for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

Grand Prizes (4 total, one (1) per Prize Drawing Period): Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following five (5) Samsung Galaxy S Class Mobile Phones: Samsung Continuum (Verizon provider) (Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) $431.00); Samsung Fascinate (Verizon provider) (ERV $459.00); Samsung Captivate (AT&T provider) (ERV $459.00); Samsung Vibrant (T-Mobile provider) (ERV $459.00); or Samsung Epic 4G (Sprint provider) (ERV $499.99). Maximum ERV of each Grand Prize is $499.99.

First Prizes (8 total, two (2) per Prize Drawing Period): One (1) Samsung DualView Camera (Model TL225) (ERV $349.99).

Winner List : The names of the winners (available after January 15, 2011) and/or a copy of these Official Rules may be obtained by mailing a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Samsung SPSTV “Viewer Appreciation” Sweepstakes – Winners/Rules (please specify which), P.O. Box 295, Gainesville, VA 20156, for receipt no later than March 15, 2011. VT residents omit return postage on rules requests.
