Infiniti Presents An Exclusive Evening with Cirque du Soleil

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are residing in one of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia and are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : Begins on April 14, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on April 15, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET

Limit : You may enter up to twenty (20) times during the Promotion Period through any combination of the methods described, however you may not enter more than one (1) time during a particular day.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: An Exclusive Evening with Cirque du Soleil (the “Event”). Prize package includes a private performance by Cirque du Soleil (up to six (6) performers) for the winner and twenty-five (25) guests in a venue near the winner’s home (based on his/her address at the time of winner notification, which must be in the 48 contiguous United States or DC). The location and dates of the Event will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the winner is not able to attend the Event on the date scheduled, the winner forfeits the prize. The evening includes a reception with hors d’oeuvres and beverage. Approximate Retail Value: $28,598.48 (including an estimated Tax Gross-Up Payment of $9,723.48).
