Instant Rockstar Summer Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 to 18 years of age (Alaska and Hawaii are excluded).

Promotion Period : These official rules apply to the following thirty-one (31) individual sweepstakes. Each is referred to herein as a “Sweepstakes.”

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize winner for each of Sweepstakes # 1 through Sweepstakes #30 : will receive a Paper Jamz guitar autographed by a member(s) of either The Maine, Kicking Daisies or Care Bears on Fire and the entire Paper Jamz suite of products (ARV: $70), a digital video camcorder (ARV: $130), a $100 gift card from iTunes®, a $100 gift card from Walgreens and various prizes from Walgreens which may include a digital camera, a digital photo frame, and headphones from a nationally-recognized manufacturer (ARV: $500). The gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of issuer. ARV: $900.

Two (2) First Prize winners for Sweepstakes #31: will each receive a Paper Jamz guitar autographed by a member(s) of either The Maine, Kicking Daisies or Care Bears on Fire (ARV: $25), various “band swag” items from either The Maine, Kicking Daisies or Care Bears on Fire such as CDs, posters, t-shirts, etc…(ARV: $50), and two (2) tickets to a concert of winner’s choice in the form of a gift card issued by a nationally-recognized ticket seller selected by Sponsor (ARV: $400), and a $50 gift card from Walgreens. The gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of issuer. ARV: $525 for each / $1050 for both.

Winner List : To obtain a copy of any legally required winners list or a copy of the Official Rules, send the applicable request and a self-addresses, stamped, #10 envelope to The Instant Rockstar Summer Sweepstakes c/o Alloy Media, LLC at 151 West 26th Street New York, NY 10001 indicating the number of the applicable Sweepstakes after the address and in your request. Request must be received no later than November 1, 2010 for the names of the winners and, within 30 days following the end of a Sweepstakes, for a copy of the rules. Vermont residents may omit return postage for Official Rules requests.
