Official State of Summer Game Promotion

Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry and who can provide proof of U.S. residency.

Promotion Period : Begin on March 10, 2013 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Daylight Time (“PDT”) and end on April 14, 2013 at 11:59 p.m. PDT (the “Promotion Entry Period”).

Prize (s) :

Weekly Prizes:

Week 1: The thirty (30) winners of the Weekly Prize from Week 1 of the Promotion will receive a lawn chair (approximate retail value (“ARV”): $60.00) and a backpack (ARV: $60.00), with a total ARV of $120.00. The total ARV of all 30 prizes from Week 1 combined is $3,600.00.

Week 2: The ten (10) winners of the Weekly Prize from Week 2 of the Promotion will receive a skateboard, with an ARV of $150.00. The total ARV of all 10 prizes from Week 2 combined is $1,500.00.

Week 3: The ten (10) winners of the Weekly Prize from Week 3 of the Promotion will receive a surfboard, with an ARV of $299.00. The total ARV of all 10 prizes from Week 3 combined is $2,990.00.

Week 4: The ten (10) winners of the Weekly Prize from Week 4 of the Promotion will receive a bike, with an ARV of $365.00. The total ARV of all 10 prizes from Week 4 combined is $ 3,650.00.

Grand Prize: The Grand Prize will be a microsite featuring the State whose residents’ photographs, when combined, achieved the highest number of total votes, which will be determined within five (5) business days after completion of the Promotion Entry Period. The Grand Prize microsite will display the photographs of all residents of the featured State who submitted photographs for the Promotion. The Grand Prize microsite will be live for approximately two (2) months beginning on July 4, 2013. On the first thirty (30) days that the Grand Prize microsite is live, the microsite will highlight one (1) photograph and the corresponding entrant from the featured State, per day.
