Radio Disney’s Make Your Own Disney Musical Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open to anyone 16 years of age or younger who is a legal resident of, and physically located within, the 50 United States or D.C. (“Territory”).

Promotion Period : Commencing at 3:00:00 A.M., December 3, 2011, and ending at 3:00:00 P.M., December 15, 2011

Limit : Regardless of method of Entry and whether one person has more than one Address / Cell Phone Number or more than one person use the same Address / Cell Phone Number, only one (1) On-line Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); only one (1) SMS Entry per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen (13) entries per entrant during the Term); and only one (1) On-air Super Entry (equal to 100 entries) per person per Day is permitted (a maximum of thirteen hundred (1,300) entries per entrant during the Term). However, only one method of Entry is permitted each Day.

Prize (s) :

ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: The winner of the Sweepstakes (“Winner”) will have a chance to be an ‘honorary producer’ (“Honorary Producer”) of a Disney musical (“Musical”) with an Organization (“Organization”) supporting the performance. The Winner will get a free one-year license to perform a Disney Jr. or Disney Kids title, three (3) visits from a Disney teaching artist over the course of an eight (8) week period, and a visit from Kenton Duty (“Artist”) from Disney Channel’s Shake It Up Show to see one of your performances! The Grand Prize consists of the following elements: [1] a one-year license to perform a Disney Jr. or Disney Kids title from a list of options provided by Sponsor; [2] three (3) visits from a teaching artist to help with the Musical at a schedule mutually agreed by Sponsor and Winner; [3] a visit from the Artist to watch the final performance; [4] Winner/Honorary Producer to receive check for 40% of approximate retail value of the prize package to help cover any taxes payable as a result of winning the prize ($2,550 Approximate Retail Value).  Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $2,550.

Winner List : For name of Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: “MAKE YOUR OWN DISNEY MUSICAL” Sweepstakes, c/o Radio Disney, 500 S. Buena Vista. St. Burbank, CA 91521. Winner’s name will also be posted at www.radiodisney.com.
