Royal Pains Summer Escape Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Open only to permanent, legal United States (“U.S.”) residents physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) U.S. or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands and all other U.S. territories) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and have reached the age of majority in their state of residence at the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

Promotion Period : Begins at 9:00 am ET on June 29, 2011 and ends at 11:59 pm ET on September 6, 2011

Limit : You may enter one (1) time per day for a maximum of seventy (70) Entries during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s) :

There will be one (1) grand prize awarded to the Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize will consist of a trip for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to the Hamptons, NY (the “Trip”). The Trip includes, subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion: 1) round-trip, commercial coach-class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guest from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner’s residence to a major airport near New York, NY; 2) a rental car for the duration of Trip; 3) four (4) days / three (3) nights hotel accommodations at a hotel (standard room/double occupancy) in or around the Hamptons, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Hotel”); 4) three (3) breakfasts and three (3) dinners for Grand Prize Winner and Guest, subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion; 5) one (1) spa treatment each for Grand Prize Winner and Guest; 6) a private wine tour and tasting at a local vineyard; 7) five hundred dollars ($500) in spending money awarded in the form of a check made payable to Grand Prize Winner, or in another form subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion. The estimated retail value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize is nine thousand dollars ($9,000).
