Eligibility : This Promotion is open to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and DC (the “Eligibility Area”) who are 21 years of age or older at the date of entry.

Promotion Period : The “Your Town. Our Fighter.” Promotion (the “Promotion”), sponsored by Boost Mobile (“Boost”), begins on October 23, 2010, at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 20, 2010, at 5:00:01 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit one entry per person, email address and/or phone number per day, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: admission to a UFC viewing party for Grand Prize winner and up to nine (9) guests, to be held a location selected by Boost in proximity to winner’s home (the “Party”); one (1) Samsung SeekTM phone; $100 in Boost Mobile Re-Boost cards; and $250 in UFC swag selected by Boost in its sole discretion. Party will include a live pay-per-view broadcast of the mixed martial arts event UFC 124, food and beverages selected by Boost for the Grand Prize winner and up to nine (9) guests, ground transportation by limousine for the Grand Prize winner and up to nine (9) guests as selected by Boost in its sole discretion, and an appearance by a UFC fighter selected by Boost in its sole discretion, who will be on hand to meet and greet the Grand Prize Winner and his/her guests, sign autographs and take pictures, for approximately sixty (60) minutes during the Party. The Party is not a private event, others may be present at the Party venue. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Party is $2,500.

Five (5) First Prizes will be awarded: each a Samsung Seek™ phone; $50 in Boost Mobile Re-Boost cards; and $50 in UFC swag selected by Boost in its sole discretion; ARV $250 each. See Section 7 below for additional details.

Winner List : To receive the name, city and state of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Boost Mobile “Your Town. Our Fighter.” Winners, PO Box 750, Southbury, CT 06488-0750. Requests must be received by December 31, 2010. VT residents may omit return postage.
