Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00 A.M. (central time) on Sunday, December 28, 2009 and ends at 11:59 P.M. (central time) on Thursday, December 31, 2010

How To Enter : To enter, go to BeginWithCheerios.com to complete and submit the online sweepstakes entry form during the sweepstakes period.

Limit : Sweepstakes entry limited to one entry per person per email address per day.

Prize (s):

Fifty Three Thousand Six Hundred (53,600) Prizes will be awarded. Each prize is a Cheerios free product coupon. Approximate retail value of each prize is $3.79.

Winners : A list of winners will be posted on the website at www.BeginWithCheerios.com on a monthly basis.
