Eligibility : To enter the Sweepstakes, you must be a lawful permanent resident of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, Oregon and Washington) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and be 18 years of age or older (19 in Alabama and Nebraska) as of October 3, 2010. Void in Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, Oregon, Washington and where prohibited.

Promotion Period : The 2010 Family Dollar $25,000 GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Time [“ET”]) on September 26, 2010 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on October 28, 2010 (“Sweepstakes Period”).
