Eligibility : 2010 Family Dollar Box Tops for Education Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal U.S. residents of each of the fifty (50) United States (and D.C.), other than Alaska, California, Hawaii, Montana, Oregon, and Washington, who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on June 27, 2010 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 30, 2010 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Prize (s):

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE will be awarded. Grand Prize consists of one (1) certificate for 50,000 Bonus Box Tops and one (1) $50 Family Dollar gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $5,050; ARV of Bonus Box Tops certificate portion is $5,000 to BTFE-eligible school, and ARV of gift card portion is $50.

Instant Win Game Prizes: ONE HUNDRED (100) FIRST PRIZES: A $25 Family Dollar gift card. ARV: $25.
