53 Floors Contest

Eligibility : To enter and be eligible to win, a person must not be an employee of the Sponsor, their affiliated companies or agents, their respective advertising or promotional agencies, the independent contest organization or a member of any such employee’s immediate family (regardless of where they live) or persons with whom they are domiciled (whether related to the employee or not). In these Official Rules, “immediate family” includes mother, father, brothers, sisters, sons, daughters, partner or spouse. This is void where prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : The 53 Floors Contest (the ‘Contest’) begins at 12:01 AM (ET) on June 12, 2009 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on August 3, 2009 (the “Contest Period”).

Limit : One entry per person, per day for the duration of the contest.

Prize (s):

GRAND PRIZE: There are four (4) Grand Prizes available to be won, each consisting of a one (1) night stay in the Hilton Hotel and Suites, Fallsview, Niagara Falls Presidential Suite, dinner for two at one of the Hilton Hotel and Suites, Fallsview, Niagara Falls Restaurants (Watermark Restaurant, Macaroni Grill, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse) and breakfast for two. Dinner voucher value $200. Restrictions apply, alcohol not included. The approximate retail value of grand prize package is $3000 each.

DAILY PRIZES: There are six thousand twenty five (6625) daily prizes. One hundred twenty five (125) daily prizes will be given away each day of the contest for 53 days. Prizes will consist of a $10 or $5 gift voucher for any of the Hilton Hotel and Suites, Fallsview, Niagara Falls Restaurants (Watermark Restaurant, Macaroni Grill, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse). Restrictions apply, alcohol not included. Retail value of $10 or $5 each.

TELL-A-FRIEND PRIZE: There will be one (1) Tell-a-Friend prize. Tell-A-Friend prize consists of a $200 gift voucher for any of the Hilton Hotel and Suites, Fallsview, Niagara Falls Restaurants (Watermark Restaurant, Macaroni Grill, Brasa Brazilian Steakhouse). Restrictions apply, alcohol not included. A Tell-A-Friend ballot will be received if a friend enters the contest through a referral. Retail value of $200.
