American Airlines Fortune Cookie Instant Win Game

Eligibility : Offered only to legal United States residents in of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Entrants”)

Promotion Period : Begins at 12:00 A.M. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 31, 2011 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on May 29, 2011

Limit : Regardless of the method of entry used, each Entrant is limited to one (1) entry into the Instant Win Game per the Promotion Period.

Prize (s) :

Each Instant Winner will receive American Airlines AAdvantage® miles (the “Prize”) in the form of a voucher to be deposited directly into his/her account as set forth in the table below. The voucher amounts will range from 200 AAdvantage® miles to 25,000 AAdvantage® miles. For the purpose of promotion, approximate retail value (ARV): from $3.98 to $497.50.

1. ARV for each Grand Prize is $497.50. Total ARV for all Grand Prizes is $4,975.
2. ARV for each First Prize is $19.90. Total ARV for all First Prizes is $99,500.
3. ARV for each Second Prize is $9.95. Total ARV for all Second Prizes is $149,250.
4. ARV for each Third Prize is $3.98. Total ARV for all Third Prizes is $318,400.

Winner List : Any person wishing to receive a list of verified Prize Winners must send a self-address stamped envelope to: AA Fortune Cookie Instant Win Game, P.O. Box 251328, West Bloomfield, MI 48325. Requests must be received no later than July 30, 2011. VT residents may omit return postage.
