Eligibility : The Games are limited to legal residents of Canada who: (i) have reached the legal age of majority in their province/territory of residence; or (ii) are thirteen (13) years of age or older, but under the age of majority in their province/territory of residence (each, a “Minor”), and who have permission from their parent/legal guardian to participate in this Contest and be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations (the “Rules”).

Promotion Period : The Contest consists of two games (each, a “Game”): (i) the in-restaurant Game (the “In-restaurant Game”); and (ii) the online Game (the “Online Game”). Play for the In-restaurant Game starts on June 9, 2014 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends once all Game Cups (defined below) have been distributed or August 27, 2014 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, whichever occurs first (the “In-restaurant Game Period”). Play for the Online Game starts on June 9, 2014 at 10:00:00 a.m. ET and ends on September 22, 2014 at 10:00:00 a.m. ET (the “Online Game Period”).

Limit : There is a limit of one (1) Daily Play per person per Day (whereby a “Day” is defined as beginning at 12:00:00 a.m. ET and ending at 11:59:59 p.m. ET), regardless of the number of PIN Codes previously submitted during the Online Game Period. There is a limit of ten (10) PIN Code Plays per person per Day. Accordingly, there is a total limit of eleven (11) Online Plays per person per Day.

Prize (s) :

“In-restaurant Prizes”:

Ten (10) $5,000 CAD cash prizes, awarded in the form of a cheque made out to the applicable winner (“Cash Prizes”). Limit of one (1) Cash Prize per person.
One Hundred (100) 47″ LG IPS Televisions, each with an approximate retail value of $1,000 CAD (“TV Prizes”).
Ten thousand (10,000) $25 Tim Cards, each subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer (“Tim Card Prizes”).

“Online Prizes”:

Twenty-eight (28) $1,000 Visa Prepaid cards, each subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer (“Visa Prizes”).
