Eligibility : Offered only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Promotion Period : Begins on June 29, 2012, at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) and ends on July 31, 2013, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET, except that the Sweepstakes begins on August 1, 2012, at 12:01 a.m. ET for residents of NY and FL (the “Promotional Period”).

Prize (s) :
Four (4) winners will each receive a prize consisting of a supply of PRIMO water for life. Prize will be awarded in the form of printable coupons sent via e-mail for two free 5-gallon bottles of PRIMO Water from a local PRIMO Water retailer (go to www.primowater.com for retailer locations) each month for twenty (20) years. Approximate retail value of each prize is $3360.
Winner List : For the names of prize winners, mail a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Club PRIMO Water for Life Winners List, 104 Cambridge Plaza Drive, Winston-Salem, NC 27104 between August 1 and August 31, 2013. Vermont residents may omit return postage. Allow 6-8 weeks for processing request.
