The following prizes are available during each Entry Period:

• 2 Grand Prizes of one $500 Gift Card.
• 50 First Prizes of one $250 Gift Card.
• 282 Second Prizes of one $100 Gift Card.
• 4,166 Third Prizes of one $50 Gift Card.

The Approximate Retail Value of all available Prizes per Entry Period is $250,000.
The total ARV of all Prizes available during the Sweepstakes Period is $1,000,000.

Sweepstakes Rules

• Sweepstakes Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to existing DIRECTV Satellite or via Internet customers with an account in “good-standing” as determined by DIRECTV in its sole discretion. Entrants must be U.S. citizens or U.S. resident aliens who are physically located in one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia and who are at least 18 years of age at time of entry.
• Promotion Period: The Contest ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on December 31, 2024.
• Limit: There is a limit of 2 entries and 4 bonus entries per person per Entry Period, for a maximum of 6 total Sweepstakes entries per Entry Period, and a total of up to 24 entries during the entire Sweepstakes Period.
• Sweepstakes Winners: For the names of any major Prize Winners send a self- addressed stamped envelope to: Winners List – “DIRECTV PERKS Million Dollar Blitz Sweepstakes” P.O. Box 511340, New Berlin, WI 53151.
