FootSmart 20th Anniversary Summer Sweepstakes

Eligibility : FootSmart 20th Anniversary Summer Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The FootSmart 20th Anniversary Summer Sweepstakes begins on July 14, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on August 11, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”)

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://footsmart.promo.eprize.com/treatmyfeetgiveaway and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration. Complete and submit the registration including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for the applicable Entry Period.

Limit : Each participant may enter one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Prize (s):

FOUR (4) GRAND PRIZES (One (1) per Entry Period): A $275 Footsmart gift card. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $275.

Winners : Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than November 11, 2009. For the Winner List, visit the promotion website, complete the form at the bottom of the FAQ, and select “Request a List of Winners” in the drop down.
