Eligibility : Unless otherwise exempted herein, the Great Newegg Gift-Away Loyal Subscriber Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. This Sweepstakes is void in Rhode Island.

Promotion Period : The Great Newegg Gift-Away Loyal Subscriber Sweepstakes begins on December 8, 2009 at 6:01 p.m., Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on December 24, 2009 at 11:59 a.m., PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”)

How To Enter : Go to newegg.com/gift-away and follow the instructions.

Limit : Each person eligible to enter the Sweepstakes may make only one (1) Entry during the Sweepstakes Period.

Prize (s):

There shall be forty (40) second prizes (each a “Second Prize”), and each Second Prize shall consist of a Newegg Gift Card with a face value of $25.00.

There shall be twenty (20) first prizes (each a “First Prize”), and each First Prize shall consist of a Newegg Gift Card with a face value of $50.00.

There shall be twenty (20) grand prizes (each a “Grand Prize”), and each Grand Prize shall consist of a Newegg Gift Card with a face value of $100.00

Winners : To receive a complete list of winners, send a self addressed stamped envelop, no later than January 5, 2010, to: Newegg Inc., 17708 Rowland Street, City of Industry, California 91748. Specify “Newegg Gift-Away Loyal Subscriber Sweepstakes Winners List.”
