Eligibility : Halls Helps Now Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older as of date of entry.

Promotion Period :  From 12:00:00 pm (noon) Eastern Time (“ET”) on 10/1/08 to 11:59:59 am ET on 4/27/09 (“Promotion Period”).

Limit : Limit of one (1) game play per person and per email address per day for the entire Promotion Period.

Winner’s choice of one (1) of the following:
A) $4,000 worth of personal chef service(s) in the form of a gift certificate redeemable at a personal chef service provider determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Personal chef services do not include cleaning up after cooking, food, utensils or cookware. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) = $4,000;

B) $4,000 worth of in-home cleaning services awarded in the form of a gift certificate redeemable at a cleaning service provider determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In-home cleaning service provider will use their own equipment and specially formulated products. A typical visit includes the following: All Rooms: Dust picture frames, knickknacks, ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, woodwork, shelves and baseboards. Remove cobwebs. Vacuum carpets. Wash all floors and dry wood floors. Vacuum furniture, including under any cushions. Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets. Kitchen: Clean appliances, counters, cabinets, table and chairs. Clean, scrub and sanitize sinks. Clean and sanitize countertops and backsplashes. Clean the range top and refrigerator top and exterior. Clean microwave oven inside and out. Wash floor. Bathroom: Clean, scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and sanitize vanities, backsplashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Wash floors and tile walls. Deodorize. The aforementioned list of services is intended to provide winner with a list of services that winner may receive with the use of the gift certificate. The following in-home cleaning services, among others (at Sponsor’s sole discretion), are NOT available: Oven cleaning, Refrigerator cleaning, Window washing, Packing & unpacking, Wall washing, Cabinet cleaning and Furniture Treatment. ARV = $4,000;

OR C) $4,000 worth of handyman service(s) awarded in the form of a gift certificate redeemable at a handyman service provider determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Winner must use full value of gift certificate in four (4) visits. If winner does not use full value of gift certificate in four (4) visits, winner will forfeit the remaining value of the gift certificate and will not receive the cash value of the remainder of the gift certificate. The scope of services offered by the handyman service provider may vary; not all services may be available and such services may be limited by State, County, and Local regulations. Each handyman service provider location is independently owned and locally operated. Handyman service provider offers labor only services. Materials are not included. Handyman service provider will use their own tools and equipment. ARV = $4,000.
