HSN Great Gift Giveaway

Eligibility : HSN Great Gift Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on October 23, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and the Sweepstakes ends on 12/12/2008 and the Instant Win Game ends on December 20, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each participant may enter the Sweepstakes one (1) time per day up until 12/12/08 at 11:59 a.m. ET, regardless of the method of entry and play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period. During the Promotion Period, you may receive up to three (3) additional opportunities to play the Instant Win Game and three (3) additional Sweepstakes entries per day through the Tell A Friend Program.

THIRTY (30) GRAND PRIZES: An HSN gift card valued between $50 and $5,000 (depending on which square on the game board each potential winner selects). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) for Entry Periods 1 through 7): $50 to $5,000.

Instant Win Game Prizes:
SIXTY-FIVE (65) FIRST PRIZES: $30 HSN gift card. ARV: $30.
SEVENTY-FOUR (74) SECOND PRIZES: $25 HSN gift card. ARV: $25.
THREE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED TEN (3,810) THIRD PRIZES: $20 HSN gift card. ARV: $20.
