Self check out. I have used the checkouts at Wal-mart with no problems. I was ready to walk out and leave my groceries at your store in Bellmead, Pa. I was trying to check out a order for over one hundred dollars and there was no more room to put bags, it was coming up on every item, for help to come. I put my card in at the beginning and it said it took it, but when I got home, I did not get any of the discounts for my card. It said I lost eight dollars and thirty five cents, by not having a card. It did not give enough time to scan your item and then place it in the bag. The bags were full so no place to put other bags. It was very upsetting for your system for every day people to use. You need to make it more like Wal-Marts. I don’t know if I will ever go back to your store or use the self check out. Either hire more cashiers or improve your system.

Unpleasant shopping experience today at your Park Street (Cumberland) store. Your buggy app wasn’t working, which holds my Martin’s card. When I checked out, I tried to enter my phone number, but the computer didn’t accept it, despite the fact that I’ve given it to your service personnel twice before. Stood in the service line AGAIN. At the point when the very slowly moving line had 9 people in it, mostly seniors like myself all waiting for the solitary service clerk,, I told another associate that I wanted to see the manager, who arrived in a couple of minutes. His explanation was that only one clerk at a time was allowed behind the service desk per Maryland edict due to the COVID virus. I argued for the people in line, knowing they would be waiting in line for some time. The manager started getting testy, I realized there was no point continuing.
For an organization that touts its quality service, you failed. Any decent manager would have solved the problem, but I guess that customer service isn’t a priority for Martin’s. Guess I should be should shop at Weis and ALDI.
i shop three times a week
we send over 150 to 200 hundred dollars a weeki
