National Prizes

One (1) Grand Prize: a $100 prepaid card. Three Thousand Five Hundred (3,500) First Prizes: a $25 prepaid card. Prepaid cards are subject to terms set forth by issuer. One Thousand (1,000) Second Prizes: Hollywood Movie Money reward codes. Each winner will receive one (1) reward code redeemable for two (2) Hollywood Movie Money Certificates. Each certificate is valid for up to $26.00 towards two (2) movie admissions to see any movie at participating theaters. Winners will be directed to the website www.activaterewards.com/millertime where they will use the provided reward code to activate and print their Hollywood Movie Money Certificates. The reward code will expire on 9/30/13. The Hollywood Movie Money Certificates will expire two months from online code activation and winner must comply with all terms and conditions specified by the issuer. Hollywood Movie Money Certificate not used by the date noted on the certificate will be void. Any amount remaining of any certificate after initial use will be forfeited. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $52 per reward code.
