O’Reilly Gas for Life Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The O’Reilly Gas for Life Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the United States (excluding residents of Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Guam, Puerto Rico,and all other United States territories and possessions) , who are 18 (19 in Alabama & Nebraska) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 A.M. Central Standard Time (“CST”) on April 30, 2014, and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. CST on May 27, 2014 (“Entry Period”).

On a plain 3.5” x 5.5” post card with postage affixed , legibly handprint or type your first name, last name, date of birth, complete address, city, state, zip code, home phone number (including area code), email address (if any), and mail one completed 3.5” x 5.5” post card to:

Once received and processed, a valid mail-in entry will be entered into the Sweepstakes and is eligible for the Daily Drawing held on the day the entry is entered into the database, all subsequent Daily Drawings, and the Grand Prize Drawing as provided by the Official Rules Sponsor is not responsible for lost entries. Mail-in entries MUST be on a 3.5” x 5.5” post card. Mail-in entries that include an email address will receive an email acknowledgement that their entry has been received. Mail-in entries received in any other format will not be entered into the Sweepstakes. Limit two entries per person per day regardless of method of entry. Daily Drawing Prizes
On each drawing date listed below, one (1) Daily Prize Winner will be selected in a drawing from all eligible Daily Drawing entries received on that day or previous days of the Entry Period. Each Daily Winner will receive Gas for a Year, defined as a VISA Gift Card (or equivalent) in the amount of $2,400.00.

Grand Prize
On or about June 5, 2014, one (1) Grand Prize Winner will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entrants who have NOT been awarded a Daily Prize. The Grand Prize is “Gas for Life,” defined as up to One Hundred Twenty Thousand dollars ($120,000) paid in equal installments of Two Thousand Four Hundred dollars ($2,400) per year (without interest) for as long as the Grand Prize Winner is living but for no more than fifty (50) years and awarded as an annuity paid out by Sponsor’s designee.

Total ARV Grand Prize: $120,000.00
