Power up Your Skills $25,000 Training Sweepstakes

Eligibility : Power up Your Skills $25,000 Training Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Power up Your Skills $25,000 Training Sweepstakes begins on April 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on May 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://newhorizons.promo.eprize.com/powerup/ and complete and submit the online entry form including a valid home address. P.O. Boxes are not permitted. You automatically will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes and advance to the Instant Win Game page and receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for that day. Once on the Instant Win Game page, follow the links and instructions to play the Instant Win Game. The Instant Win Game results will be instantly displayed. Potential winners of the Instant Win Game will be provided directions for validation.

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Sweepstakes Prize:
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A gift certificate redeemable for up to $10,000 worth of computer training courses selected from a participating Center class schedule as determined by participating Sponsor in its sole discretion. If a New Horizons Computer Learning Center is not within driving distance (50 miles), the courses may be completed via our On-Line Anytime E-learning solution, or our remote live training called “On-Line Live”. Courses may be taken at any participating New Horizons Computer Learning Center. Winner must register and complete all courses by May 31, 2010. The number of courses the winner may take is dependent on the selected participating Center’s course schedule and published prices. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $10,000.

Instant Win Game Prizes:
SIXTY-ONE (61) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) per day): A gift certificate redeemable for winner’s choice of a professional development Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook or Access course (note the class redeemed may be at any class level or release date of the winner’s choice as listed at the participating Centers Class Schedule.) After receiving the Winning Gift Certificate document, the winner may contact the participating New Horizons Computer Learning Center to select the course, level and release date (i.e. 2003, 2007, etc.) and select the date and time they would like to take the course. The winner can pick from a course offered at any participating New Horizons Center. If a center is not within driving distance (50 miles), the course may be completed via On-line Anytime (our e-learning course schedule) or remote live learning “On-Line Live” . Winner must redeem gift certificate within six (6) months of receipt. ARV: $249.
