Eligibility : The Quicken Loans Unlock Your Inner Millionaire (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Quicken Loans Unlock Your Inner Millionaire begins on October 1, 2009 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on December 31, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

How To Enter : During the Promotion Period, visit http://quickenloans.promo.eprize.com/unlock and follow the links and instructions to fill out the online entry form completely, and submit the form.

Limit : Each participant may enter/play one (1) time per day during the Promotion Period.

Sweepstakes Prize:
THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) per Month): Each Grand Prize will consist of $2,000 Visa Gift Card that can be used towards your mortgage and the opportunity to play Million Dollar Challenge on Saturday, February 06, 2010 (details set forth in subsection c below). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.

Instant Win Game Prizes:
FIFTY (50) FIRST PRIZES: $100 Fathead Gift Code. ARV: $100.
ONE HUNDRED (100) SECOND PRIZES: $50 Xeko Gift Code. ARV: $50.
TWO HUNDRED (200) THIRD PRIZES: $25 Amazon.com Gift Code. ARV: $25.
FIVE HUNDRED (500) FOURTH PRIZES: $25 Target Gift Code. ARV: $25.

Million Dollar Challenge: The three (3) Grand Prize winners will have an opportunity to win $1,000,000.
The prize will be paid in the form of an annuity in the amount of $50,000 per year for twenty (20) years and is subject to verification, as set forth in the official rules. ARV: $685,000.
