Spike Blue Mountain State Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Spike Blue Mountain State Sweepstakes is open to U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older residing in the campaign markets (see “Exhibit A”).

Promotion Period : The Spike Blue Mountain State Sweepstakes will begin at 9:00am EST on Monday, December 7, 2009 and end at 12:00pm EST on Monday, December 21, 2009.

How To Enter : To participate in the Sweepstakes participants may enter on-line only at www.Bowlpartysweeps.com and fill-out and submit the entry form.

Limit : Limit one (1) entry per person and/or e-mail address per day.

Prize (s):

There will be one Grand Prize awarded. Winner may select one (1) of the following two (2) prize options:
1. Spike Blue Mountain State Prize Package includes a certificate for a 42” Flat Panel LCD HDTV. ERV: $1,500, a $500 American Express gift card, CBS Sports merchandise valued at $250. The approximate value of the prize is $2,250.
2. A $1,500 check
