Eligibility : Spread the Love Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins on July 22, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 4, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

THIRTY NINE (39) FIRST PRIZES (one (1) per Daily Entry Period (excluding Sunday Daily Entry Periods)): A $100 Shop Etc.™ gift card. ARV: $100. FOUR HUNDRED FIVE (405) SECOND PRIZES (nine (9) per Daily Entry Period): A $20 Shop Etc.™ gift card. ARV: $20.
