Style-N-Smile Sweepstakes

Eligibility : The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States (including the District of Columbia) who are currently 18 years of age or older.

Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins September 22, 2010, 12:00 a.m. EST and all entries must be received by December 31, 2010, 11:59 p.m. EST.

Limit : Only one entry per person and/or household, regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) Grand Prize Winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly selected by Scholastic from among all eligible entries on or about January 21, 2011 and notified by phone or e-mail on or about February 1, 2011. The Grand Prize Winner will receive a $1,000 American Express gift card (Approximate retail value: $1,000).

Two hundred-fifty (250) Runner-Up Winners will receive a copy of the book Hooray for Tooth (Approximate retail value of each book: $5)

Winner List : The names of the Grand Prize and Runner-Up Winners will be available on approximately May 15, 2011. You may request these names by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope by July 31, 2011 to: Style-N-Smile Winners List, Scholastic Inc., 557 Broadway, 5th Floor, NY, NY 10012.
