This Tim Hortons Sweepstakes 2022 is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Florida), who are the age of majority in their state of residence (18 in most states, 19 in Alabama and Nebraska) who have a Tims Rewards Account or registered physical Tims Rewards Card, at the time of entry.
