uRoom Giveaway

Eligibility :The uRoom Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and who did not purchase any equipment for purposes of entering the Promotion.

Promotion Period : The Promotion begins on August 8, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 9, 2008 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Promotion Period”).

Limit : Each entrant may enter one (1) Submission during the Submission Phase and will receive one (1) Instant Win Game play for doing so. Each entrant may also play the Instant Win Game one (1) time per day for simply registering or logging in.  Each entrant may vote one (1) time and play the Instant Win Game two (2) times per day during the Voting Phase.

Prize (s):

Contest: ONE (1) CONTEST PRIZE: $1,000 Pier 1 Imports gift card that winner can use toward a room makeover. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1,000.

Instant Win Game: TWO HUNDRED (200) INSTANT WIN GAME PRIZES: A $25 Pier 1 Imports gift card (terms and conditions apply). ARV: $25.
