Eligibility : Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (i.e., 18 years of age, except 19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska and 21 years of age in Mississippi). Void outside of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia and where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.

Promotion Period : This Contest Submission Period begins at 9:00 AM EDT on September 20, 2013 and ends at 11:59 pm EDT on October 18, 2013 (“Contest Submission Period”).

Limit :  Limit one (1) Submission (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) per person, per email address during the Contest Period.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Zoom whitening session for Grand Prize winner and one (1) Zoom whitening session for Grand Prize winner’s person of choice with Philips-recommended dental professional in an office close in proximity to winner’s home address. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize: $1000.
