First, the product package advises to go to website and enter promo code, but no where on product website does it advise how to enter code. Second, once I tracked it down the register process did not work. The security code never appears; instead a box with an ‘x’, which indicates you have programming issues. Things like this can make someone think twice about the trustfulness of a brand.
