Promotion Period : The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on January 31, 2014 and ends 11:59:59 PM ET on February 28, 2014 (the “Promotion Period”).

O. Box 832, Plainview, NY 11803-0832. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by February 28, 2014 and received by March 7, 2014 in order to be eligible. Limit one entry per outer envelope.

My husband and I are both 60 and we are up every morning at 4:45 to take a 3 mile in-home walk with a Leslie Sansone DVD. We’ve been using Marlene Koch’s cookbooks, Eat What You Love and Eat More of What You Love. We’ve been drinking low sodium V-8 juice with our egg white omelets and fixing a low calorie Campbell’s soup for lunch with a green salad and a mozzerella stcick. We’ve started using the pedometers on our ipods. We garden at home and have started a Community Garden at our church preschool and share produce with a homeless shelter. At preschool we’ve been using the USDA’s curriculum called Grow It, Try It, Like It to encourage children and familes to make healthier food choices. We feel GREAT and these changes have been so much easier than we thought!

I found out at age 49 that I had a bad mitrate heart valve that had been damaged since having rheumatic fever as a baby.As I didn’t livewith my parents growing up I never knew.My heart is now enlarged and I have a mechanical mitrate valve.i feel 100 timex better than before my surgery.I was slowly dieing and no Dr. ever checked my heart so I could get no answers.I was at the point of drowning in my own fluids in my sleep when it was finally discovered.Please have your heart checked if you feel you are having issues.My symptons were tiring very quickly,unable to get deep breaths,lots of coughing,…not heart pains.Your heart is what runs the whole body & brain so take care of it and eat healthy,exercise and DON’T SMOKE CIGARRETTES!!!
