Captain Morgan Summer of Pose Contest

Eligibility : The Captain Morgan Summer of Pose Contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry except California, and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law. Tennessee residents are prohibited from entering on-line and via text but may mail in entry.

Promotion Period : The Captain Morgan Summer of Pose Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. (EST) on July 4th, 2009 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. (EST) on September 7, 2009.

How To Enter : Access the Captain Morgan Website at www.captainmorgan.com and follow the on-screen instructions.

Limit : One entry per person regardless of method of entry.

Prize (s):

One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Winner will receive At-Home Consumption KIT. This may consist of mixture of prizes listed below. The selection of the prizes is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor and may be changed due to availability or other reasons as determined solely by the Sponsor.
(a) Captain Morgan branded Icee Slushie machine including Cola mix with Social Responsibility messaging. Approximate retail value per prize is $1300.00.
(b) Captain Morgan 100 Proof Branded Shot Chiller Machine with Social Responsibility messaging. Approximate retail value per prize is $740.00.
(c) Captain Morgan branded Wooden Barrel Keg with Social Responsibility messaging. Approximately 25′ x 14” wide with burned Captain Morgan logo, aluminum liner and 3 ft: Captain Morgan posing on the barrel. 10 L capacity. Approximate retail value per prize is $340.00.
(d) Captain Morgan Sports Package:, Video System with 4 games and 4 controllers, $2,000 to FootLocker.com, 60 in. LCD TV, Surround Sound System, one Year of Direct TV HD with Ultimate Sports Package and DVR plus $50 per week for 52 weeks for Dominos Pizza Approximate retail value is $11,000.00.
(e) Captain’s Quarters: 10×10 Wooden Bar (Includes 2 bar sides and 6 stools). Approximate retail value is $1,900.00.
(f) DJ KIT: Mixing Table-Speakers-Table-Headphones. Approximate retail value is $7,400.00.
(g) Truckload of Sand: 6 tons of Sand Dropped off and Removed after party. Approximate retail value is $1,000.00.
(h) Invitations: 100 Guests will receive an Electronic Media Device, which will be the invitation for the event. The Electronic Media Device will have a custom-made wrapper. Approximate retail value is $7,000.00.
(i) Classic Foosball Table: Traditional foosball tournament play and action. Solid steel rods with wooden handles, side panel ball return and wooden score beads. Customized Captain & Morganette players. Approximate retail value is $500.00.
(j) Outback Catering: Winner will be able to choose the food that will be catered for 100 people: Appetizers-Burgers-Wings-Steak-Chicken-Sides. Approximate retail value is $35-$50 per person; Total is $6,000.00.
(k) Bar Tables & Stools: Inside illumination: Light kits for stools/tables are powered with 12 volt rechargeable battery that lasts for at least 50 hours on one charge. Approximate retail value is $750.00 per table & 2 stools; Total is $2,250.00.00.
(l) String Paper Lamps: 5 sets of Customizable string 12” paper lights. Approximate retail value is $500.00 for 10 lamps (10 on each Customizable string) .Total is $5,000.00.
(m) Inflatable Screen & Projector: The screen’s projector will be hooked up to the Video Program output and players will compete against each other. Approximate retail rental price – $1,400.00.
(n) Outdoor Theatre. Approximate retail rental price – $1,400.00.
(o) Captain Human Foosball Rental. Approximate retail rental price – $1050.00.

Grand Prize winner will also receive $1,000.00 in Gift Cards.
Alcohol beverages are not part of any prize. Approximate retail value of all Prizes: $50,000.00.
