Eligibility : Open to legal residents of Washington, Oregon, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Maine. Entrants must be homeowners and must demonstrate such in order to collect the prizes.

Promotion Period : Begins 12:01 AM US Pacific Time (PT) on January 1, 2011 and ends at 11:59 PM US PT on December 31, 2011

Limit : There is a limit of one sweepstakes entry per person/household per month.

Prize (s) :

Sweepstake prizes will be awarded to one Grand Prize winner as follows:
$10,000 cash
$20,000 in Penguin Windows (retail value including installation)

Winner List : For the name of the winners, send a send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: 15125 Highway 99, Lynnwood, WA 98087. Requests must be postmarked no later than January 31, 2012. Washington residents may omit return postage.

I sure would like to win this sweeps- but the home I live is rented and too small and old– the pinguin windows are not shown here but I bet they are beautiful and wonderful-the money would help me and my family to move and buy a better house and you could give me a voucher to do my windows later-deal or not-you decide

My home is 65 years old with the original windows – the heating bills are costly . I would really would like to win
