Do It Yourself Network’s Worst Kitchen in America Contest

Eligibility : To enter the Contest you must be a lawful permanent resident of the United States, (including its territories, possessions and commonwealths) or the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older as of June 28, 2011, and the owner of your own home.

Promotion Period : Begins at 9:00 a.m. (Eastern Time [“ET”]) on June 28, 2011, and ends at 5:00 p.m. (ET) on August 8, 2011

Limit : Only one (1) entry per Entrant.

Prize (s) :

One (1) Grand Prize:   The Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) shall win (i) a complete renovation of the Grand Prize Winner’s kitchen by DIY’s home improvement experts; (ii) an appearance in a future special television program about the renovation project featured on the DIY Network; (iii) a feature of the Grand Prize Winner and the kitchen renovation in an issue of the Food Network Magazine (currently scheduled for the January/February 2012 Issue); (iv) a trip to New York City for Grand Prize Winner and one (1) guest from September 29 – October 2, 2011 to attend the New York City Wine & Food Festival, including a meet and greet with Anne Burrell as follows: (a) round trip coach class air transportation for two (2) people between the major U.S. commercial airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence and New York, New York; (b) hotel accommodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights (one (1) double occupancy room, room rate and tax only); and (c) two (2) tickets to the Wine & Food Festival (ARV of trip portion of the Grand Prize: $2,300.00). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize: $32,300.00.

Winner List : Beginning on or about August 29, 2011, you may obtain the name of the Grand Prize Winner, by going to the Website (www.diynetwork.com). Results of the drawing will be removed from the Website on or about October 28, 2011.
