Eligibility : Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and have not been convicted of any felony, or of a misdemeanor involving moral turpitude, nor subject to any protective order or restraining order at the time of entry or prior to the time of entry.
