Eligibility : SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND PUERTO RICO, AGED 18 YEARS OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. THREE (3) GRAND PRIZES: Each Grand Prize consists of one (1) child’s birthday party arranged by a representative from Martha Stewart Living® Magazine designated by Sponsor. Birthday Party consists of party invitations, a customized food and beverage menu, party decorations, paper plates, paper cups, paper napkins, plastic forks, plastic spoons and party favors for up to fifteen (15) children, one (1) Birthday Cake, and two (2) customized Event activities designated by Sponsor. Each child who is receiving the Birthday party must be between the ages of 1 and 12 years and resides within the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico. ARV: up to $2,000 each Grand Prize;

THIRTY (30) FIRST PRIZES: Each First Prize consists of one (1) $100 The Children’s Place Gift Card.
